They Hacked Tehran's Own Cameras
Mossad hacked nearly all traffic cameras in Tehran — thousands of them — including one perfectly positioned near Khamenei's compound on Pasteur Street. Live footage was secretly sent to Israel for years, undetected.
They didn't track Khamenei directly (he had no phone) — they tracked his bodyguards and drivers. They mapped their faces, cars, shift times, parking spots, home addresses — and built their "pattern of life." When the guards gathered → Khamenei was there.

Cyberattack — radar screens went blank
Reports suggest that cyber operations were a critical first step, designed to systematically dismantle Iran's air defense network before the first bomb fell. The U.S. Cyber Command was involved in the initial stages of the attack.
Before a single jet took off, U.S. Cyber Command activated malware that had been secretly planted inside Iran's air defense systems — possibly for YEARS.
Hacked Radars: In some reported instances, Iranian radar screens were frozen or manipulated to show a "clear sky" image, blinding operators to the real threat. This created a "dead zone" that allowed strike aircraft to approach without detection.
The malware was inserted through supply-chain compromise — hidden inside imported spare parts or software updates that Iran bought on the black market.
